Tuesday, 1 st December received communication from Commissioner of Police Tanguinni (sp?). Came into Mount Camel and gave to my Principal to Report at Central police station on Wednesday 2nd
December 2 Special Branch.
At 10.30 a.m.Police Officer Eric recorded a statement from me that I duly signed. Asked if still a student at University of Buea . Answered no, Asked when graduated. Asked if any involvement with SU University of Buea, and University of Buea. I said no, no involvement but ex-student, access documents as needed.
Asked about Thursday 26th Novemener black day involvement. Said no because was in Kumba, to mourn the death of sister came back 29 th November. Asked about Yellow Party of which I was chairman last year. I said no longer exists since loss to red party. Asked if I had any other last words, I told them that from my experience as a student leader that the Vice-Chancellor should learn to work and cope with Student Union. I was asked about my relationship with Fred Nguve (Chairman of Student Council). I said he's my friend but have nothing to do with his activities on campus and they took me to the forensic centre photographed me and took my fingerprints. Dispatched me, asked me to come back on Thursday, 3 rd December at 3pm. Lodged a complaint with State Counsel. I went to Buea Police Station at 3pm. Maintained previous statement and landed a photocopy my travel receipt which proved my absence on the 26 thNovemeber, Black Friday. They then detained me.

Received call on thurdsay, 3rd December from the Commissioner of Police, Molyko, that he would like to get some information from me. When I arrived met regional delegate of national security, and he interrogated me on the events of 26th Novemeber, Black Friday, and those of the 2nd December 2009. Mboh (3 rd Detainee) was called in as well, and joined me took into the commissioner, with no resistance. Arrived here (Buea Police Station), asked for statement. The complaint against us was from University of Buea , with no signature, and no stamps. Made statement; University accusing eight students of iolence in campus. Replied, with statement, indicating that I had no involvement in violence. On the 2nd December I was on campus from 8.30 9.00am. Left campus to teach my class at the Government Bilingual School Computer Services; Class 5C from 9.20am to 11.00am. I said I could not give statement on the violence on campus, as I was not there. Chief of Police signed Detention Order.

11am Thursday, 3rd December received call from commissioner of police asking to come into station for inquiry told him couldn't make it, as I was busy making corrections on transcripts. I was told it would only take five minutes. At Molyko Police Station Station Commissioner told me and Atanga that his boss intended to speak to us. Subsequently one of security men which I can identify called him out said have better method of solving problem/ There after told in covincein maner, the boss of the commissioner would love to chat to us bit he had to catch up with a friend here in Buea Police Station and asked to join him so we could discuss on journey, which we did. Went in car, driven to station, no staop and instead asked to come to the main chief office in which he posed us a question that what could he do for us and we told him we would rather
verbal discussion we were introduced as students from Molyko. Pause discussion until one of the investigators was on site, and when called one constable we asked to meet him, follow his, came out of office, seperated, had to give statements and complaint from University was read to us, laying complaints threats to members of staff aslso that brought people to beat up people on campus and interrupted boards room meeting at university which was on the 18 th October wasn't on campus at that time. Also a threat to the director of student affairs. My statement stated was concerned with harassment of being beaten up myself on the 2 nd December.
