Physical Condition of Detainees :
During my visit on Friday, all three detainees, were subdued, but seems physically healthy. Three days later, however, the detainees displayed visible and audible signs of psychological distress, they had lost power in their voices, and I could detect trembling in Atangas voice, along with much stuttering. Each of them were constipated, and had not passed stools since been taken into custody. Atanga was in the worst physical condition, and feared he had malaria. The area around his eyes were swollen also, perhaps through crying. He broke down in tears, three times during the interview with GCI.

Date and Time of Release:
The three detainees were released on Monday, 7 th December 5.30PM, following direction from the State Counsel.
