Josephine Marquerite Best:

Fiona Mcalpine: An Australian graduate in International Studies. She has joined GCI to run the Buea branch of the Media Watch Project for the Dry Season 09-10. With an interest in humanitarian work, Fiona has experience working for NGOs in Melbourne and abroad. She is looking to start a career in International Journalism, and will spend her time at GCI gaining a better understanding of the practices and challenges of upholding journalistic norms in the developing world.

Cliona Martyn is a recent graduate of the National University of Ireland in Galway. She came out with a masters in international human rights law, and has joined the prisoners rights project to gain practical experience and greater understanding of the workings of a local ngo, whilst attempting to contribute to the longterm goal of improving conditions in detention for all.

Brendan Vaugn Fletcher: Brendan Fletcher is a recent graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law and also holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and a Master's degree in History from Missouri State University.  After finishing his internship with GCI, he plans to sit for the Kansas bar exam and then pursue a career in public international law specializing in human rights.
